My second idea for an RHG:

Name - Prisoner 12905

Power - minipulate fire, when in his more smart state he's more fast and presise with aim

Weakness - when in he's his goofy self he's more sloppy, but still can fight well (kinda like the flash drunken stick)

Bio - Prisoner 12905/John rolix was that good old Funny guy from Highscool, he always loved being the weird guy outta the bunch. But on the day of his highscool graduation his parents were nowhere to be found, and when he returned to his home, he had found them dead, slauterd all over the house, and a note, saying "don't mess with my bisnuss" with the letter's RHG on the back. from that day he swore to avenge his parents, but not knowing what RHG had committed the crime, he decide " I'LL KILL ALL OF THEM" and using his natural talent to control fire, he enterd a qualifieing Battle Royal, of which the winner would be the last minute entry into an RHG Tournement, there was to be no blood shed in this match, but 1 guy who was in the match before it started mutterd the words, "Nobody's gonna mess with my bisnuss (in a slang type way)" and before the match had even begun John started pulverizing and dismembering the man. And when the other fighters tried to interveen, he turned them all to ash in a mere 30 seconds of fighting (demo 2), but as he was about to kill 1 of the guards Andre (Leader of fluidanims) smashed his head in with his hammer. When he awoke in a prison hospital he was a diffrent man, he no longer saut revenge, he was back to his old self, but the problem was messing with people in jail, well, it will (obviasly) get you killed, he went and messed around with the worst 1 their, an exRHG, pinned down and about to get his faced bashed in the exRHG said "im gonna mess you up so bad, your MOM won't recignize you!" Then suddenly John grabbed his fist out of the air, snapped his wrist backwards, broke his arm and then started choking him with it (demo 1), then the guards got him in a straight jacket, sat him in the electric chair, but right before they flipped it on, the Monitor turned on and the Jail Warden told them to stop and bring him to his office. He sat there in a wood chair, the straight jacket still on, and 2 guards behind him as the Warden started telling him about how he's a big fan of RHG's and Fluidanims, and wanted John to represent his BISNUSS, as their RHG. John stopped his messing around and started to listen (triggerd by the rememberince of his parents death) But John cleverly pointed out that there was no way that Andre would let him into the tournements, and the Warden had then thought of an idea. John would enter, but not as John Rolix, as Prisoner 12905, and would wear a full body jumps suit with mask, to hide him from Andre, he would now become an RHG and hunt down the man/women that ruined his life...

you know, that guy doesn't really feel like ME, and I want my Alter-Ego, to be like me.
So, character idea #1 is scrapped, time to get rethinking

Weopon - a blade made of a rare green crystal known as Mystikight, with handls made of pure animantium, attached to his wrist by an indestructable thread of which has no name

Power - His eyes can see the blood in peoples bodys, not X ray vision, just the blood is seen, and in bright green

Weakness - other than his eyes, and abnormal green blood, he is completly Human

Origin - He was found as a young boy by an elderly man named Rodrick Korb, and raised in an acadamy called Way of Judgment, before passing away Korb had taught John the secret of being able to understand a person's worth withen a few seconds of seeing them, since the age of 18 his acadamy's leaders know as The Circle of Judement started sending him on journeys to Citys, Towns, Kingdom, empires, Ect, to decide if the leadership was of good worth, if they were not,he would eliminate all deemed "UnWorthy of Life", after his first year of completing these missions he had begun using it as the only words he would say to a person UnWorthy, before killing them, 1 day on his way to a town to pass his Judgement, he could here screams,and when arriving at the town he saw "the women being thrown into cages with wheels, men and children being slautterd, and homes looted, trashed, and burned, I quickly begun my judgement on each and every soldier in the city, and releasing the inprisoned women, but when I was done the town was deserted and only Me, their General, and his guards remand (Demo 1)". After seeing this horrible event, the Circle of Judgement had sent him to Judge all the worlds greatest warriors, by becoming an RHG

btw, I made this test in like an hour or so
so it was rushed, and still good ;)
